I've been charged multiple times
If you have only received one order confirmation email, we have only charged your card once. Rest assured a payment has not been collected or processed - though you may see an amount marked as a “hold” on your bank statement. The "hold" you are seeing is most likely a declined transaction.
Here’s how it works. Credit cards produce authorizations (which lockup funds in your account) while they verify your information. The authorization can sit on your account for up to eight (8) business days until it finally drops as a failed order. It’s then you’ll see the funds unlocked in your balance.
