How to Track International Orders

Tracking your international order from Kendama USA is simple! Simply click the link provided in your tracking email and you'll be able to see exactly where your package is. If you don't see any movement on the tracking link or it says that it has left the United States, you may need to track it using your countries postal system as they will be the ones who deliver it to your door.

You can do this by taking the Delivery by Postal provider tracking number shown circled below and using it on your countries' reciprocal service.

In this  example, you would take LX287421146US and put it into Posta Canada's tracking system: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en#/home
