How do I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number as soon as we have processed and shipped your order.  Once you see this email, rest assured that your order has shipped out and is on it’s way to you. 

Once the tracking link is generated, you may not see the progress updated during the first 24-48 hours while it’s being initially processed by the Post Office. Even though it is in transit, many times the first scan does not show up until it reaches the main distribution center. 

We have seen occasions where the status may not update for a few days. There is no cause for alarm if this happens. This can be caused by issues such as transportation route changes, or a missed scan at a facility.  If you’re not seeing immediate updates to your online tracking link, give it a day and check again; otherwise, contact us M-F 9 AM - 5PM ET.
