How do I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number as soon as we have processed and shipped your order. Once you see this email, rest assured that your order has shipped out and is on it’s way to you.
Once the tracking link is generated, you may not see the progress updated during the first 24 hours while it’s being initially processed by the Post Office. Even though it IS in transit, many times the first scan does not show up until it reaches a main USPS distribution center.
We have seen occasions where the status may not update for a few days. There is no cause for alarm if this happens. This can be caused by USPS issues such as transportation route changes, or a missed scan at a USPS facility. If you’re not seeing immediate updates to your online tracking link, we respectfully ask that you wait the full estimated time of arrival before contacting us. At that time we will be more than happy to look into the issue for you and make sure you receive your product in a timely manner.
