When will my order arrive?
Here’s the deal, we don’t slack around. We know that speed is key, and you want your Kendama fast! This is why our crew takes every order very seriously. Our team is made up of Kendama players, and we want to do everything we can, to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We make it our priority to pack up your order quickly and deliver it to the post office even quicker. This is the reason so many customers have been coming back to us for years. We don’t have any Amazon flying drones (yet), but we’re as fast as we can humanly be until then. Back in 2007 every order was personally handwritten and taken to the post office by bicycle. Today we’ve upgraded to use all sorts of tech software and fancy shipping tools to help make us extra efficient and fast.
Here’s what you can expect from our shipping crew:
If you place your order on a BUSINESS day, before 9 AM, we give it to the post office THAT SAME DAY! If your order is placed after 9 AM EST, we get it to the post office the next BUSINESS day. Keep in mind that if you’re ordering on Friday after 9 AM EST, your order will be shipped out first thing on Monday (the next BUSINESS day). Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with more detailed tracking information.
Currently US orders ship via USPS & UPS.
Typical shipping times are between 2 - 5 Business Days.

- The Free Shipping option on orders over $100 are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and can take 5 - 7 business days.
International Orders ship via:
USPS, UPS & DHL
Typical shipping time are between 6 - 14+ days *Depending on location.
Expedited international shipping options also available.
Please note that these are carrier estimates, and we do not guarantee these exact transit times. What we can promise is that we will hand your order over to the post office within 1 business day after your order, if not sooner. Please understand that we cannot control the exact speed of the shipment once we have handed it off to the post office.
