Refusing Your Shipment

If you decide to refuse your shipment from Kendama USA, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges to you. Kendama USA is not responsible if are any additional duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), or any additional costs incurred by returning the package. Depending on the shipping method, refusing a shipment may also lead to the destruction of the item and it will not be returned, in which case you will be responsible for the item.
